I have over 28 years experience in the construction and remodeling of custom homes.10 years inspecting . I have built over 200 homes completely. No sub-contractors hired to do the work. I framed it, roofed it, insulated it, hung and finished the drywall. I have hands on experience in installation of H.V.A.C systems and components. My electrical background comes from working side- by -side with electrical contractors. I have inspected hundreds of homes in all types of conditions and sizes. I worked for 5 years as a Licensed plumber and 3 years as a Commercial Roofing Inspector for Firestone Building Products Corporation.
